About Tariq

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I like to play make off pick and rolls getting mid range and threes/ assists. I also like to get to the free throw line by attacking the basket

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I like to be a leader, I'm an exciting person and always want to be the best at what I do.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Football

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed leadership and lifting people up when they are feeling down with how they play/feel.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I've been cut twice 2 years ago because I was 4'9, I always got made fun of for doing what I like due to my height. Then I hit a growth spurt growing to 5'8 nearly 5'9. It was always hard being the smallest guy in the gym then, I had to work 10 times harder than everyone else to make up for it.

What type of college are you looking for?

My absolute dream is to play in Illinois or Michigan. I would love to get a D1 scholarship, I hope to get a scholarship to any college D2 and up though.
