Another highly ranked 2024 last season, Spencer also moved to Great Futures Prep and makes an excellent backcourt paring with Santana as well as newcomer Rav Randhawa Rav Randhawa 6'3" | PG Great Futures Prep | 2024 State WA . He’s just a crafty guard on both ends who’s also really improved physically, getting stronger to convert more easily at the rim and was a force getting out in transition. Spencer knows how to score the ball and did a great job spotting up from three in transition and showed some quick hands defensively to make some plays.

Spencer can score the rock. He has now averaged over 25 points per game in the last two high school seasons, as well as over 30 points per game last season. Clearly, he is a crafty, multi-level scorer. And I think Spencer already knows where he can improve, as he looks to be stronger and a better defender in the times I’ve seen him this spring. Continuing to improve his strength and quickness will help him become a better defender and really cement his profile as a two-way threat.

Previous Rank: 35rnSpencer built on an incredible 2021-22 season where he averaged just about 27 points per game, to score 35 points per game in 2022-23. He also nearly doubled his rebounding, from 4.8/game to 8.8/game, and led Battle Ground to an eight-win improvement from last year. He’s a guy that uses craftiness, body control, and great shooting touch to score from all over the court, affecting the game in the halfcourt as well as in transition.

Tait has taken such a big step on the court in my eyes. He is scoring at will and getting the shots he wants. He’s helping lead this Battle Ground team to a very good year so far. Tait can operate on the perimeter and break defenders down off the dribble, collapses the D, and is an excellent decision maker when driving the lane. He can make the extra pass, pull up from 10-15 feet, convert the floater, and has a killer step back from deep even with hands in his face.

Tait has been impressive for this Battle Ground team that is looking pretty solid. He scores the ball very well and can take over a game when needed. That is exactly what he did against Union, scoring 33 points on the game but having 8 in the past 2 minutes of the game.

He dropped 39 in a win over Kentwood early in the season. This kid is a scorer. He continues to improve his ability to score from all levels. He is a good shooter. He breaks down the defense at an elite level. He’s relentless and always attacking. He is no stranger to scoring, he averaged around 28 a game last season. This is a crafty guard who excels at putting the ball in the basket. You can tell that he has worked hard to make himself an elite scoring guard who can play either guard spot.
