The attitude and energy Sivels brought to the Vikings was contagious. He excelled off-ball on defense, where he could shoot the gap for steals, but he was at times disruptive on-ball as well. Sivels used his slight-of-frame advantageously in the halfcourt on offense, snaking through the defense to the rim before drawing a foul or using jump passes to sling the ball back out to a shooter on the wing. And, in clutch situations, he knocked down a fair amount of threes himself too.
