Bell is a super athletic guard who does a little bit of everything when he’s on the floor. He has excellent handles and did a great job making the defense play him, where he was able facilitate to the offense and find the easy bucket. At 5’8″ he has great leaping ability and did an exceptional job rebounding the ball from the guard position. Bell plays the game with a high motor and never takes a play off, and is the type of prospect who will do whatever it takes to get the win.

Bell was one of the most electric guards I saw at the Expo, using his quickness and athleticism to consistently get to the rim. He showed a soft touch on his jumper and the confidence to pull up from deep when defenders gave him space. Bell was also a handful defensively, getting into ball handlers and making them work for every dribble. Even if he got beat, his recovery ability allowed him to get back into the play and make an impact.

Bell has elite speed, quickness and athleticism at the point guard position. He averaged 14 points per game on Sunday and consistently used his explosiveness to get to the rim with ease. Bell is especially dangerous in transition, where his speed puts constant pressure on the defense, and he showed that he is a capable open shot maker from beyond the arc. He also has the tools to be an elite defender, using his quickness and athleticism to apply pressure at the point of attack.

A quick and shifty guard, Bell, was all over the court throughout the event. The 5’8″ PG plays the game fast yet under control, and never takes a play off. He attacks the basket with no fear, and if left open he has the ability to knock down the open three. He’s a scrappy guard on defense, and has both quick feet and quick hands, where he has a real knack for forcing steals and turning defense into offense.
