With that as a launchpad FRA finished the first half up 30-29. Spiro is a coach’s dream. He defended CA’s center and buried numerous jumpers, often challenged jumpers. For a very young FR team Spiro’s poise and leadership are imperative. Spiro did everything a coach would do if given the chance to play just one more game. His basketball I.Q. knows no equal. Spiro took over the game when needed and again took difficult shots and made them over and over. Columbia Academy guarded him pretty well, but without success.
