Samarion Bond Samarion Bond 6'4" | SG Norcross | 2023 State GA was one of my midseason stock risers earlier this month and his recruitment has picked up tremendously throughout the season. He’s a strong, physical wing that has been damaging rims all season long. Work ethic is clearly there and he continues to make strides in his game. He’s also won a ton of games in his high school career. His most recent offers came from Pitt State, King, Florida Memorial, and Emory & Henry.

Samarion Bond Samarion Bond 6'4" | SG Norcross | 2023 State GA is obviously on a mission in his senior season, to win another state championship and to earn his next opportunity. Bond’s development has been fun to watch and he’s doing things now that he wasn’t doing this summer. I like Bond best as an undersized 3 because of what he can provide around the basket in terms of rebounding and finishing. Physically, Bond has gifts. His body would allow him to play linebacker, yet he’s flying through the air to dunk on 6’8 big men. Last week at the Arby’s Classic, he had an excellent showing and received 3 new offers shortly after.

Samarion Bond Samarion Bond 6'4" | SG Norcross | 2023 State GA ‘s role on this year’s Norcross team will be vital, largely because of the experience he brings, having been a big part of last year’s championship team. Bond’s offseason work is apparent right off the bat. He’s a lot stronger and much more explosive than I’ve seen him in the past. He had two highlight dunks that really put his athleticism on full display. Bond’s physicality inside and rebounding ability were also huge for Norcross and will have to be all year as they’ll play without a traditional big man most of the time.
