Salyn is a lengthy, strong shooting guard that’s incredibly hard for any defense to contain. He’s extremely versatile on the offensive side of the ball and can beat his defender in a plethora of ways – finishing through contact in the paint, elevating over his man for an open jumper or layup, or working his way past his opposition for an easy path to the rim with his impressive patience and ballhandling. His shooting form is polished and his jumper has a beautiful arc and rotation on its way to the net. He’s active on the glass on both ends with what seems like springs in his shoes, he’s got an exceptional vertical burst I haven’t seen in many other players. Briggs is going to make a huge impact in any game he plays, and I’d expect no different this week against Guyer.

Briggs is an athletic scoring wing that has a versatile game on offense. Spaces the floor well and is a threat to knock down threes. Has a good pull up mid range game and has the ability to hit tough shots. Moves with good speed and strength when in transition to score at the basket or around the basket. Can create shots for himself with a solid handle and using his strength to back down defenders.

Very productive player who does a little bit of everything. He’s a knock down shooter who hit some big 3’s saturday. I liked that he was able to score around the rim and get his team so high percentage shots.
