Sam Duren | Prep Hoops Scout
A senior that through hardwork and a good fundamental base, should have a chance to finish his Bixby career with bigger contributions. Antle is a physical guard who averaged 4.6 points and grabbed 3 boards a game last year. With the driving lanes that his teammates’ shooting ability create, he can potentially be an effective attacker off the bounce.

Rylan Antle was extremely impressive in this game. I saw him over the summer at an AAU tournament and he caught my eye, but watching him at the showcase proved that it was not a fluke. Despite only being listed at 6’2, he is a premiere rebounder every time that I watch him. He plays with a lot of energy, cheering his teammates from the bench and encouraging them on the court. He can knock down the three pointer and finish inside. On the first possession that I watched him at the showcase, he dove out of bounds to save a loose ball. That is just the kind of player that he is, someone that gives everything he has to win. I talked to his high school coach and he told me that he is a great teammate and has the same energy at practice. If you want someone that plays with heart and sacrifices everything to win, this is your guy.

is a player that does whatever it takes to win. He is someone that does not care about statistics or doing the dirty work, but rather doing whatever it takes to win. I saw him at an AAU tournament over the Summer and then at the showcase today. What I took away from watching him is that he will fight for every rebound and loose ball. The first possession of the game I saw him play today, he dove out of bounds and saved a loose ball. Several times, he pounded inside to get position to grab rebounds, in which he capitalized by getting second chance points. I did not keep track of exactly how many rebounds or second chance points he had, but I am guessing that it was at least eight second chance points alone. Another thing that separates him from other players is how he motivates teammates. No matter if he was on the bench or on the court, he was yelling and cheering his teammates on. While he was sitting in front of me on the bench, I noticed that he was dripping sweat, but was still cheering his team on. If you want a player that will give you everything that he has and more, then this is your guy.
