A rhythm scorer and shooter, I got a good look at Liberty’s lead two guard yesterday. He’s a player who’s shown he can score at all three levels, especially over the last six months or so. He’s built up some muscle since last season and its helped him power through hits en route to the paint and finish. He’s fits the bill of a ‘go get a bucket’ guy.

Previous Rank: #46 — As the sixth and final top-25 newcomer, Gallagher made some waves during summer ball. The multi-faceted guard/wing makes simple, yet effective plays with great shot-making tools off the dribble. He’ll have the chance to prove that he’s a First-Team All League type player in the KingCo conference as Liberty’s go-to guy. With the way he plays, its easy to tell he has a solid feel for the game and things are clicking for him.

No. 1 | Gallagher leads the way on the Eastside as one of the top scorers from the region. Liberty loses two leaders in the backcourt from a year ago and Gallagher will be asked to be a steady force all year long. He’s got the tools to top the KingCo in scoring and should see his averages from last season (21.2/8.7/3.4) jump up across the board.
