Unsurprisingly, Rowan has taken his game to the next level in Year 3 and is looking like a potential front runner for Class 3A Most Improved Player. After averaging 4.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game as a sophomore, Woodrich is piling in 16.6 points, 12 rebounds and 2.3 blocks a night. The 6-foot-8 big is adept at catching and finishing out of the pick-and-roll. He has nimble feet for his size, able to evade defenders with eurosteps and is springy enough off his feet to catch alley-oops. D-II and potentially D-I programs should be touching base soon.
