I have written on Ray a lot, so those who follow me know that he is a really good shooter from behind the arc. He was dealing with a knee injury coming into camp, but he still came out and competed. He was not at 100%, but he still managed to have a solid showing, particularly doing what he does best, which is shooting the trey ball. Coach Kennedy and his staff had already done their research on Ray, and he was one that they paid close attention to.
