Andre continues to emerge as a floor general whose developing PG IQ should make him an important piece for JCA. He has a natural feel for creating offense, particularly with his ability to get to his spots in the midrange, where he can consistently punish defenders. However, he is not simply looking for his own offense. He recognizes openings as they develop, attacks gaps, and creates opportunities for teammates. His unselfish approach is one of the most encouraging aspects of his game, as he understands that making the right play and contributing to winning are more important than individual numbers. He can shoot the rock, compete at a high level defensively, and has shown the leadership qualities you want from a lead guard. With his ability to balance scoring and facilitating while continuing to grow as a decision-maker, he has a chance to significantly impact JCA this season.

Andre has the traits of a lead guard coaches can trust. He scores in the midrange, creates openings, plays unselfishly, and understands winning. He impacts the game on both ends and as the floor general his leadership raises his value as the coach on the floor.
