Quinton was one of the best guards I saw this weekend when it came to creating shots off the dribble. His go-to scoring move is a step-back three, but it is set up by how good he can be attacking the rim early in the game. Watts can also hit threes when playing off the ball, crash the offensive glass, and work smaller matchups into the post. Quinton had by far the most productive game of anyone I saw in Greenville, going for 36 points and 3 assists in a win over Blue Ridge.

The other Laurens Raider who made the 4A All-State Team is Quinton. Watts led the team at 16.6 points per game and 4.3 assists per game, both of which were up there with the best in his region. Quinton has really good positional size, especially when playing the one, so if he continues to improve as a ball handler and decision maker, he could be one who a college coach falls in love with during his senior year.

Quinton was a bright spot in a tough day for the Raiders. He is a scoring-mind Guard who will be asked to step into a bigger role and counted on for more production in 2025-26. Watts can create his own shot off the dribble but also makes space for other guards to work thanks to his perimeter shooting ability. Quinton had to convert on several tough shots in game one, hitting fadeaway jumpers and playing through contact on his way to the rim. In that matchup with Spartanburg, Watts had 12 points.
