Felder is a guard who a lot of people in Charleston are high on, and he should be fully unlocked this season after missing some time through injury last season. Paul gets downhill well to create paint touches. Once he does, he is comfortable playing off two feet to finishing around the rim or finding a teammate. The Generals have been the team to beat in 2A over the last few seasons, but Felder could unlock a whole new level for them offensively.
