Weaver can score in bunches, constantly putting pressure on the defense with his aggressive mindset. He’s always in attack mode and something good happens whenever he drives—whether it’s a bucket, a kick-out or drop-off assist or drawing contact. Even off the ball, he draws attention and his shot selection stood out in a showcase where players can often force up bad shots. Weaver showed he’s more than just a scorer, pushing the pace, facilitating, and making the right play.
Currently Weaver is rank within the Top 50 nationally. Look for him to keep things going in year two.

Is he a one or two guard? nevertheless he handles himself like an experienced prospect on the court. He mostly worked as the point guard the game we watched. Did well up top showing patience, keeping his dribble live, and moving the ball around the court. He squares up for the 3-point shot which he’ll drain if left open too often. He’s an excellent defender, good stance, moves his feet.

We’ve seen enough of Weaver to know he’s going to be a productive prospect at some point. He’s coming off the bench right now locked in on being a good defender. He moves his feet, plays with tenacity defending out on the perimeter. He’s a shooting guard that can knock down open 3’s. He sets his feet quickly, has a good release with no hesitation. He moves, runs the court, makes cuts without the ball.

The improvement and growth in his game that he has made in a year is next level. In the past two years he went from a catch and shoot threat to a player that can create spce for himself and that seperation gets him those open looks and it also gets him to the rim. He is creating contact and he is also working those pull-up jumpers. This is just the beginning.

Parks has been a player that does not duck the competition as he is willing to play in any event that has talented players and he is ready to do his thing on both ends of the floor. The lanky CG hass really used that good shooting to expand the rest of his game. He is a ball mover that can score off the bounce and his creating ability continues to get better. A lot of room left to grow as he develops as a more complete CG but he is a player you have to keep your eye on.
