Sundman is a veteran and he plays like one. He understands what a good shot looks like and plays such a high IQ game. Sounds like the type of star players that win championships doesn’t it?

Sundman and his Hartland squad take the quick trip to Brighton High School tonight. Sundman deserves a ton of press, as he is having a SUPERB senior season. Sundman will put points on the board, but is very efficient in doing so. He’s the type of player that you’ll feel is distributing the ball more than shooting, but you look up and he’s got 18.

Sundman was outstanding for Hartland in their impressive championship win. He scored from everywhere on the floor. Sundman buried, by my count, 3 triples. He was able to initiate contact and draw a foul in transition. Sundman showed that he’s not just a shooter by using both hands to weave through traffic for a layup. He also drove to the basket and used a spin and score to add points to the scoreboard. Sundman proved that he had touch around the rim when he hit a pretty floater. He even put his back to the basket and scored off the block.

Sundman was terrific in Hartland’s win against DeLaSalle. He really showed off an elite mid range game. Sundman hit multiple free throw line jumpers and another mid range shot over the top of his defender. Late in the game he found a mismatch, backed down a smaller guard and drew the foul.

Sundman is a skilled guard that can score, but is also willing to do the little things. He plays a high IQ game that includes great decision making with the ball in his hands. Sundman is probably underrated in all honesty.

. A top-tier shooter that carries himself like an adult on the basketball floor. He competes on both ends, and honestly, could probably be a little more selfish on offense. Don’t be surprised if the 2025 Livingston County Boys’ Basketball Player of the Year, gets some Division 1 All-State Votes after the high school season.

I think that Sundman is generally pretty underrated as a player and a prospect. The young man can flat out play and I think that The Expo would a great place to put his game on display. Sundman is an efficient shooter and very smart with the ball in his hands.

Sundman is a high upside guard with a next level physical profile. He can shoot over the top and it takes a really high and fast closeout on his jumper. Sundman can score in traffic in the lane as well. He’s good enough, and has good enough talent around him, to win this district.
