Keegan has just as high of a ceiling as anyone in his class. He’s got great size at 6’8″ and he can move his feet well enough to play on the perimeter throughout his career. He is not limited to playing like a traditional big which a lot of kids his age and size fall into. He’s got a great touch around the basket and can knock down shots over any defender. He showed he can compete with high level competition at the Tark Classic as well, posting two 20+ point games at the event.

Keegan over at East is really making an impact. He is a player that is not a holdback and his potential alone at times seperates him from other prospects. He is a big lanky wing that is strong and can play in the perimeter, he can play with his back to the basket and he can also run the floor. Not bad for a freshman on a team that really needs him to play well.

Keegan comes in at #1 this time around as he has shown flashes of elite next level talent. His ability to move well and laterally is something you can’t ignore and he can switch 1-5 right now. He has a smooth left handed jumper and he is solid in the paint. He has a lot of upside and the ceiling he has is high. He has the ability to defend and he can block shots. Could end up being 6’9 +.

I was able to watch Keegan get after it against a very aggressive team and he was able to keep his composure. He wa splaying at his pace and he was able to show flashes of why he is likely to be the #1 player in his class when rankings come out this month. He is a lefty that is lengthy and he can shoot. He made some really good quick moves to teh basket, he was able to make some solid plays down in the paint and he is a natural shot blocker.

New kid on the block is going to be tough no matter where he plays this coming season. It is hard to see him not starting as a freshman because he has the intangibles and skill set. If his motor gets right as a freshman he is going to be a monster quickly.
