Noah is a strong, strong guard for the Storm. His three point shot has been improving, along with his pull up mid range jumper. Soulier can guard a variety of positions on the court, being able to guard bigs down low or guards out on the perimeter. He gets downhill very well, utilizing his strength when needed to get to the bucket. He should have a bigger role for the Storm next year and should be able to start to gain some interest from college coaches.

Noah is a strong, strong guard/wing player who has been impressing consistently at the AAU level. His jumper has been looking very good, hitting threes at a more effective rate. His downhill drive to the bucket is nearly impossible when he is playing under-control, being stronger than most players and not being afraid to use his strength in the paint.

Noah is a big guard who likes to bully opposing players. He knows he is strong and uses it when getting into the paint or going against bigger guards. His jumper is becoming smoother while his dribbling abilities is becoming more consistent as well. Noah has a solid mid-range jumper but what stands out to me is his energy on the defensive side of the ball. He gives his team 100% of his effort, always crashing the boards and diving for loose balls.
