Konchan is a long and athletic forward who impacts the game with length and positive activity. Caught his team play in the early afternoon game on Saturday and he turned defense into offense with a steal and finish while utilizing his plus wingspan. He consistently ran the floor and showed some explosiveness elevating off two feet for a powerful two hand dunk on the break. Konchan covers ground well because of his size and his projection is intriguing as a developmental front court prospect threat with continued upside.

He’s a full package prospect that I think can develop quite a bit more. This 6’8″ forward does a great job boxing out and isn’t afraid to stretch out on the perimeter. Leading to a pair of crucial C&S jumpers in a tight matchup vs Lockdown. If he becomes quicker and works more on his shooting, he could be a very productive small forward at the next level. I think he’s also got much to gain in terms of physicality, too.
