Schultz came a long way from Superior to compete Saturday morning, and he was impressive in his play in both 3 on 3, and in 5 on 5 action. The guard prospect was outstanding in 3 on 3 play, quickly getting to the basket, and accurately rejecting a ball screen to finish athletically at the rim. Schultz loves going baseline, and when he does, he has a high chance of scoring at the rim. In addition to his ability to attack the rack, Schultz has a smooth pull-up jumper finding the bottom of the net from the mid-range, and from a downtown. Schultz is a prospect to monitor as he develops and rounds out other parts of his game.

One of the top players in the 2030 class in northern Wisconsin, Schultz plans to make the drive down to Appleton to take part in the Prep Hoops Wisconsin Freshmen Showcase. Known as a very good shooter, Schultz was one of the top players on the Superior youth program over the past few seasons and figures to make a push for a varsity spot with the Spartans this winter, thanks in large part to his ability to make shots.
