Pierson was really solid when I saw him play. I already knew that he’s a very efficient shooter and can be a sniper from behind the arc. There were 2 things that really impressed me in this game. The first was his speed down the floor, with and without the ball in his hands. Pierson has simply gotten faster and it really helps his game. The second was his ball handling. Last I really saw, he was more of a spot up shooter, but not anymore. Pierson was putting the ball on the floor and attacking off the bounce, even creating space for his shot with his handles.

Pierson and Jordan Scott Jordan Scott 6'3" | PG Plymouth Christian | 2023 State MI made an impressive 1-2 punch for Plymouth Christian. Honestly this is another young man that scouts and college coaches should take a long look at. He’s a super efficient scorer and has a well rounded game to go with it.

Pierson is a talented guard that shows up to play with fire and physicality every time out on the floor. He’s done a great job in fine tuning his jumper, which makes him an even tougher cover. Pierson is a high effort defender that’s willing to do whatever it takes on that end of the floor. I can guarantee that there are some college coaches out there that will love what they see from this prospect.

Pierson is a talented guard that has flown under the radar a bit. Well, coaches and scouts, this is your opportunity. Pierson is as tough as they come and he can play with and through contact. His jumper has taken another step forward over the last calendar year and should be considered a legitimate strength in his game. Pierson brings energy on the defensive end as well where he can effectively defend either guard position.
