Pierson was really solid when I saw him play. I already knew that he’s a very efficient shooter and can be a sniper from behind the arc. There were 2 things that really impressed me in this game. The first was his speed down the floor, with and without the ball in his hands. Pierson has simply gotten faster and it really helps his game. The second was his ball handling. Last I really saw, he was more of a spot up shooter, but not anymore. Pierson was putting the ball on the floor and attacking off the bounce, even creating space for his shot with his handles.
