Kelley was the star of the tournament in Class B, as he led the bracket in ppg and apg while leading Scottsbluff to win the championship. The UNK commit displayed his shooting touch, as he was over 40% from deep during this run. He showed how well-rounded his game is now with his driving ability and ability to make plays for his teammates, as he was able to distribute when the defense overplayed him. This was seen in the title game, as he had 8 assists, with some in transition and some in the half-court. His defense and energy were also on display as he set the tone for Scottsbluff. Overall, it was a really impressive all-around performance from one of the top players in the state. He put up 23 ppg, 6.7 apg, 5.7 rpg, and 2 spg in his three games.

is set to return for his senior season with Scottsbluff in 25-26 and is looking to improve on his 16.7 points per game.
As we wrote this summer when evaluating ETG, Kelley’s AAU club team on the 3SSB Circuit:
“A consistent, text-book jumper makes Kelley a threat to catch-and-shoot, at all times — and not just on the three-point line. His smooth jumper and footwork make him a player opposing defenses have to account for on all levels.
Kelley has a surprisingly good handle and ability to distribute the ball, too. Though the main calling card in his game shooting the rock, he can show off his vision and shot creation from time-to-time, too. … Any school from NAIA to D2 should be thrilled to add a high-effort, consistent shooter to their lineup as a scholarship talent, and he could earn a walk-on spot at the D1 level.”

isn’t a physically imposing presence on the court, but he does play his role and play it well for ETG. A consistent, text-book jumper makes Kelley a threat to catch-and-shoot, at all times — and not just on the three-point line. His smooth jumper and footwork make him a player opposing defenses have to account for on all levels.
Kelley has a surprisingly good handle and ability to distribute the ball, too. Though the main calling card in his game shooting the rock, he can show off his vision and shot creation from time-to-time, too.
Kelley may not be the star player for ETG or have high-major programs clamoring after him, but any school from NAIA to D2 should be thrilled to add a high-effort, consistent shooter to their lineup as a scholarship talent, and he could earn a walk-on spot at the D1 level.
