If you want to see how one player can change the way an entire team plays, look no further than Robinson. He opens up so much space with his ability to get inside and draw defenders with his drive. There aren’t many players who can keep up with his quickness one-on-one and that lets him regularly suck in 2-3 defenders. He also showed off some nice shooting, extending his range and hitting a few step backs. There is an energy he brings to both sides of the court that the rest of his team clearly responds to, and he has helped Skyline become one of the teams to be reckoned with in 4A this season.

Robinson shifts up a division this year after leading Rainier Beach to the 3A State Title game last season. The quick guard plays with a high IQ and attacks soft spots in the defense with ease. He could help Skyline be a real contender this season bringing a defensive edge to the Spartans.

Robinson is the kind of player who can set the tone for an entire team. His speed and ability to control the pace, read the floor, and dictate action to the defense, is going to be a game-changer for Skyline. He helped lead Rainier Beach to a second-place finish in the 3A State Tournament last season and should help bring a different style of play to the Spartans this season.

Previous Rank: #31 — Nahmier Robinson Nahmier Robinson 5'10" | PG Skyline | 2023 State WA ‘s late-summer shift to Skyline High was a surprising one, but the 5’10 speedster is set for a key role for the Spartans as we draw closer to the return of high school ball. By the end of spring/summer circuits, Nahmier was one of the more improved prospects in the 2023 class. He is one of the most challenging guards to stop in the open court with his quickness and dribble moves. He’s getting more consistent as a scorer too, with the ability to free himself up for shots, or draw defenses near him to find open cutters and rollers.

No. 5 | It seems like there’s a running theme of guys with ice in their veins. Robinson is yet another outstanding guard that is confident and unrelenting in his ability to impact the game. He can speed up the opposition from both sides of the ball and controls the game with his pace and endurance. Robinson is one of the best ball handlers in the area and knows how to manipulate defenses to get to his spots.
