is one of the most deadly shooters in the state, a pure 2-guard that earned 1st team All-State honors last season. Hipps is 6’4 and wiry right now but will likely fill out at the next level and continue adding pieces to his game. He’s won a ton of games since moving down to Georgia too, both with McEachern and Game Elite.

The wiry shooter splashed five threes over a two-game span. Hipps has great confidence in his outside shot and can score the ball in bunches once one shot falls. He is a sniper in the corners and is a threat to spot up in transition. His scoring touch coupled with his size has drawn the attention of multiple D-I schools.

had a great year at McEachern. Hipps is as lethal a shooter you’ll find in Georgia’s 2024 class. He doesn’t need a lot of space, can get his shot off quick, and heats up often. 6’4 and long arms, Hipps frame will continue to fill out.

Anytime Hipps touched the ball, he wasn’t wasting time in firing from deep. Moses locates the rim in a blink as soon as he gets the ball, often already in his shooting motion. He netted a trio of triples and hit a pull-up going to his right. Moses was perfect from the foul line going 9-9 from the stripe as he finished with 20 points in McEachern’s 85-80 win over Oak Ridge.

lit it up on Saturday, finishing with a game-high 25 points that all came in the 1st three quarters as McEachern defeated King’s Ridge handedly. Hipps is one of the top shooters in the state and proved it by hitting 6 three-pointers on the night. He’s a smooth ball-handler and will become tougher inside as his body starts to fill out. He’s already got good height and length so it’s only a matter of time before he’s passing the high-major eye test. His offer list currently includes Rice, Washington, Pitt, Rutgers, & more.

who comes to Powder Springs from the Philadelphia area. Hipps is a knockdown shooter from 3 that can heat up very quickly. The rest of his game is polished and he runs the fast break particularly well too. With McEachern’s talented forwards attacking the rim, Hipps could see a lot of open looks from 3.
