MJ Brown is a multi-threat, speedy guard that can change the momentum of a game in a variety of ways for his Westside Pels. One of my favorite things about watching him play is that if one aspect of his game isn’t clicking, he quickly recognizes that and shifts his focus on how he can make positive impacts elsewhere. He’s a fantastic passer and gets his guys great looks at the rim consistently. He’s incredibly active on the glass on both ends and stacks rebounds like a forward or center would. His awareness of defense is off the charts – he always seems to anticipate what his opposition is going to do next. He’s the first on the floor when there’s a loose ball up for grabs and he’s a true team-first guard that makes his teammates better.
