He’s developed rapidly over the past two years and now pairs the freakish athleticism with a low post game and decent jump shot. He’s headed to Kennesaw State next year where he’ll join forces with a handful of notable 2024 commits.

Turner now enters his senior year with a lot more confidence and a single goal of winning the state championship. Turner pairs high-level athleticism with some special insticts around the rim and he’s typically good for a handful of highlight plays each game. It’s obvious Turner has put a lot of work into his jumper and he’s now a respectable shooter from behind the three-point line. Maynard Jackson returns the core of Turner, Watkins, and Bowyer as they look poised to make a deep run.

Averaged 15 ppg and 12 rpg in a very tough region. He’s an explosive jumper off two feet and can finish contested dunks at the rim. Has shown stretch capabilities, improving jump shot. Defensively, he contests shots well and has a lot of upside as a rim protector.

Maynard Jackson seems to be a solid fit for Turner and I like what he’s able to do in their system. Turner loves to play above the rim and you can count on him for a few blocks and dunks each time out. He’s also shown the ability to step out and knock down the 15-footer consistently. As Turner continues to add to his low post game, he’ll become even more of an offensive weapon. The upside for Turner is crazy and he’s a guy who’s recruitment could really pick up soon.
