Walker was his school’s second leading scorer last season at 10.6 points per game and helps make up an exciting 2029 duo for North Myrtle Beach High School and NMB Warriors. Mason is a good shooter in multiple situations: off the catch, on the move, on pull-ups, and in the mid-range. He also has a feel for the big moment, which he showed in my first look at him back in early May.

Walker stepped up in the second half of NMB Warriors Gold 15U’s win over SPE, with 9 of his 15 points coming over the final 16 minutes including a go-ahead layup inside the final minute and a game-winning three in the final seconds. Mason has a very pure jump shot off the catch and on the move. He can also hit shots from the mid-range and the perimeter, so he’s a valuable offensive weapon for this team and is one to watch down the road.
