About Mason

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I have always taken pride in my basketball IQ, so I consider myself a smart player. As a point guard I work hard to find my teammates to get the ball in a position to score. I was taught to believe the we is greater than the me, so I while I can score off the dribble and as a set shot I will do whatever I can to help my team win. I enjoy a fast paced and up tempo game, but will slow it down

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am hard working team player. I believe that it takes a team effort and understanding the roles we are given to be successful.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am Varsity golfer as well as Head Overall for our school’s Mini Thon. I am also a member of our Unified Track team where I am paired up with a Special Needs student to assist him as he competes in various events.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned to be a good communicator in my role as a Unified Track member because my partner is non verbal, so I have to communicate with body language, support, and understanding. As Head Overall for Mini Thon I have become a good decision maker since so many people depend on me to accomplish tasks and plan.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have been blessed with few challenges in my life. I have had injuries that have derailed me physically and mentally, but I have a great family that supported me through them. Juggling He and sports has been a little challenging, but I try my best to work hard.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that sees me fitting into their program and that I see myself fitting into as well. I would like a small to midsize school with smaller class size.

This point guard with fantastic instincts was a top performer during the Comp Edge Fall League. Across September and October Conrad displayed an accurate three-point shot as well as the ability to create off the bounce for himself and teammates. He is a crafty passer who does a wonderful job of getting his teammates involved. Conrad is especially skilled at dropping dimes out of pick-n-roll action. When he is looking to score off the dribble, Conrad can blow past defenders for lay-ins or produce points coming off DHOs. Conrad can also pilot Methacton’s transition game. In the open court his decision-making is near flawless.
