58↑55 Gomez went into the lab, and really improved his game. It translated well as he become one of the best scorers in 4A. He makes a move up the rankings after helping the Wildcats reach the 4A Semi’s.

I got a glimpse of Gomez during the Fall and was impressed with his improvement. He’s been even better during the season. Gomez, who’s one of the best 1 v 1 players in the state, is putting up 16 points per game this season. More importantly his scoring and rebounding has helped the Wildcats jump out to a 3-0 Conference start.

67↑58 Gomez was challenged to take on a new leadershitp and scoring roles, and has performed remarkably. The scoring guard is doing a lot of scoring, using some high level 1 v 1 ability to create for himself. Gomez is a good mid range shooter that has also shown the ability to score the ball in transition.

Gomez is part of a trio of scorers for the Wildcats. The elephant in the room will be how the team replaces their star from a season ago, look for Gomez to help. When I went in to see him for a recent workout, he showed much improved wiggle and 1 v 1 ability. Now I want to see it play out in Live play.

Gomez looked really good in the workout. He put himself on the map as a candidate for most improved player in 4A displaying his offensive skills in the workout. Gomez showed a good wiggle and the ability to score in 1 v 1 situations.
