Willis is a swiss army knife from quite a few areas of the floor, the guard impacted the game in so many areas for James Irwin. A proactive decision maker with the ball, the guard has excellent vision setting up cutters with well placed passes. He is a high motor athlete, constantly roaming for rebounds, certainly capable of getting up around the rim.
