Malachi is a force inside the paint and inhabits some nice skill on the ball. His impact in the paint defensively is huge for Coolidge when he’s in the game. He can contest well without fouling and takes pride in allowing paint scores. Malachi has had a few games over 10 points already in his young Coolidge career and plays with more and more confidence each time out. I am excited to see how the young big develops his game over time, as he has some nice natural skill that can’t be taught at his size. Earned himself a spot in the rankings this go round and will be sure to expand on that as he continues to show his impact as a reliable 2-way big.
