He’s not just a good shooting guard at his point, though he can knock down opens 3’s if left unattended too often. Catch 3’s from the corners, and wings, might use a dribble to free himself. He’s an improving point guard that can run the teams offense in half-court sets. He shows patience, keeps his dribble live, the offense flowing, quick passing/ball movement, he handles doubles.

Hanson will make his mark as a player who can get hot knocking down 3-pointers. Our first look saw him drop 3 or 4 three point shots in the first half of a game before cooling off. We won’t label him a shooter just yet, because he is in the process of adding pieces to his overall. He’s an improving ball handler, and passer, he runs the court hard, gives good effort defending his position and helping out weakside.
