Luke had a breakout season for Madison Central and moves from 51st to 40th in the rankings. He could probably have been even higher in this update. A big wing with the ability to play above the rim, Asher is a tough forward and is sure to impress plenty of coaches this AAU season.

Madison Central has had a strong season thus far but the difference between them being a true threat in the 11th region is likely the production of Asher. The Indians have been hard to beat when both Luke and fellow Junior

Asher is having a breakout Junior season and is among the biggest surprises of the season in the 11th region. Averaging 21 points per game on 53/42/72 shooting splits, Luke is a big wing who is getting more athletic as his career rolls along. Asher is a prospect who should be on the radar of in state colleges and universities for the next 18 months.

Asher has been a varsity contributor the last two years and could be a breakout candidate this season. A good athlete at about 6’5, Asher can play above the rim on offense and is capable of elevating over defenders for contested rebounds. Madison Central will be down more than usual this season but if Asher and some of his fellow Juniors can raise their games a level, the Indians can remain relevant in the discussion of 11th region contenders.

Asher showed some skill and a good motor on Saturday afternoon and was consistent over the course of the day. Madison Central has almost no bench and Luke should have a chance to get on the court this season, even if it’s just a smaller role.
