Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I take pride in my defense and bring intensity everyw possession. I’m a versatile defender who can guard multiple positions, whether it’s applying pressure on the perimeter or helping in the paint. I stay disciplined, communicate with my teammates, and rotate effectively. My focus is on shutting down scorers, forcing turnovers, and making opponents uncomfortable. I bring energy, and toughness.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I have a competitive, team-first mentality and a relentless work ethic. I approach every game and practice with focus and intensity, always looking for ways to improve. I stay composed under pressure and bring positive energy, whether we’re winning or facing adversity. I take pride in doing the little things that help the team succeed, diving for loose balls, locking in on defense.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I am enrolled in the BOSS business program which allows me to be duel enrolled at Cosumnes River College for entrepreneurship.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I’ve developed a strong defensive mindset built on effort, discipline, and communication. My on-ball defense has improved through better footwork and anticipation, while off the ball, I’ve learned how to rotate, help, and recover quickly. I take pride in reading the game, calling out screens, and staying engaged every possession. I’ve also developed leadership skills by being vocal.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Yes, one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced was not getting much playing time for two years. It was frustrating, but I didn’t let it break me. Instead, I used that time to focus on improving, putting in extra work, staying ready, and supporting my teammates. It taught me patience, discipline, and how to stay locked in even when things aren’t going my way. That experience made me mentally tougher.
What type of college are you looking for?
I’m looking for a college where I can grow both as a player and as a person. I want a strong basketball program with a coaching staff that believes in development and values defense, hard work, and team culture. Academically, I’m looking for a school that challenges me and sets me up for success beyond basketball. I want to be part of a program that feels like a family, where I’m pushed.
