One of the biggest movers we have ever had, Tinsley jumped well over 100 spots into our Top 48 at #38 in this update. Whether or not we were “wrong” about him before, we certainly highlighted his improvements throughout his senior season as he averaged 16.3 points and 6.5 rebounds per game for Evansville Reitz. The Lake Land College recruit is one that could become a Division I player after his couple of seasons at the Junior College level. His athletic burst and shot-making ability are highly intriguing.
