Russick made his impact with TA Select by doing all the little things that help teams win. Defensively he competed on every possession, hounding opposing ball handlers, rotating quickly to open shooters and boxing out to secure important rebounds. His effort and awareness stood out from start to finish. On the offensive end he showed a reliable spot up jumper, knocking down open looks with confidence while constantly moving without the ball to create opportunities. His high motor, discipline and willingness to embrace his role made him an extremely valuable two way contributor throughout the tournament
