Ky Murrell Ky Murrell 5'11" | SG Fort Gibson | 2027 State OK showed he can deliver on the biggest stage last season, scoring over 20 points in the first round of the State Tournament. He saved some of his best work for the second half, knocking down shots in crunch time when his team needed him most. Murrell thrives under pressure and has the confidence to take over a game when he gets rolling.

Murrell brings a clean jumper with seemingly endless range, giving him the ability to knock down 3-pointer after 3-pointer. He’s a relentless competitor who hustles, attacks defenders, and can heat up in a hurry. Once he finds his rhythm, he becomes a tough matchup for any defense. With his senior season ahead, Murrell is looking to build on those big-game performances and go out with a bang.

The junior guard is known for his sharpshooting. And just like in Saturday’s win, he delivered on that front with three triples on the way to a game high 22 points. But when it came to the biggest moment, he didn’t settle for the three. He got to the rack, hung in the air and scored a clutch bucket to go up by one. Then he responded with the clamps on the defensive end by locking up a drive attempt by one of NRC’s best guards, forcing a jump ball. They will be two of the most impressive clutch moments all week. And because of him Fort Gibson isn’t done, as they’ll play Cascia Hall at 3:00 PM on Thursday at Yukon.
