Brown led all scorers in this game with 21 points. This was sort of shocking to see once I was given the final stat sheet. He played aggressively and knew he need to be a secondary scorer today. He showed great touch on his shot. Knocked down threes and the midrange. He was good at putting his head down and getting to the rim. He did a great job of not forcing and taking the shots that were given to him.

Brown is a 6’4 guard senior who is from a great high school program in Sandusky. He has competed against some of the best in AAU as well as playing for OBC. You can tell by the way this kid plays he is not afraid of anyone and has a confidence in him. He is a high-volume scorer. He uses his length very well when attacking the rim and finishing. He has some great moves in the lane and knows how to navigate well in tight areas of the floor.

Brown has grown an inch since I last saw him play and looks longer as well. This improved size and length allowed Brown to jump passing lanes and get out on the fast break. In transition, Brown had a couple nice righty finishes at the basket and can also knock down the open jumper when it falls to him. Playing at an up-tempo program like Sandusky, Brown had the energy to thrive in a fast-paced showcase on Saturday.

Brown is a lengthy wing who can put the ball in the rim from deep. He has the confidence to shoot it from wherever, whenever. His length allows this to happen. He has a very high release. He has some great footwork as well. When you get him the ball, he is always feet-ready and locked and loaded to shoot. Great rhythm shooter.

team up during both high school and grassroots competitions, both were recently added to our 2025 rankings after impressive seasons at both levels. Brown is a strong wing guard who wants to use his body to get into the defense and be physical. Another aggressive player, if Brown can play at multiple speeds and slow the game down, you’ll see big steps in his half-court impact.

made a bunch of winning plays from the guard position, but Brown gets the last spotlight of the event. Brown played hard on both ends and finished with either hand around the rim. Brown also knocked down a couple corner 3-pointers that were huge momentum shifts in the game. If Brown can get his handle tighter, it will help him score easier this season and next season when Moore and Green graduate. Sandusky had four players finish in double-figures and this core group has a lot of talent.
