I was impressed with the body transformation of Granville-Britten since the last time I saw him play in June. Finally looking healthy again, Granville-Britten isn’t wearing as large of a knee brace and changing directions quicker on the court. After a slow start for the Princeton offense, Granville-Britten started going to work in the paint with an impressive dunk, and-1 layup and a couple second chance points. A Division I target with excellent size and production, Granville-Britten is averaging a double-double to start the season, Kieran is one of the top available prospects in Ohio’s 2025 class.

The space-eating post is elite if he has you sealed with his back to the cup. He is an assertive screener & roller. He showed the ability to finish inside and around the rim. He also is in the right spots to collect rebounds. Granville-Britten is a below the rim post player. His best basketball is still ahead of him.

Another player who has had to fight the injury bug, Granville-Britten has finally turned a corner and started to play consistently and productively as the summer months hit. After starring at Taft as an underclassmen, Granville-Britten could explode for Princeton this winter as the Vikings look to claim the GMC title. South Carolina State was the latest school to offer Granville-Britten as former Cincinnati Woodward Head Coach Jarelle Redden has been active in recruiting local players to come join the HBCU program.

After battling injuries during his Junior season and some of the spring grassroots period, it was nice to see Kieran get back to doing what he does best on the court. Using his towering frame on the interior, Granville-Britten is tough to stop when he catches the ball on the inside because he can power through most bigs. Combine that with his size on the glass that’s tough to box out and you have a big with all the tools to be one of the most dominant forces at the high school level. Adding an offer from South Carolina State, I expect more schools to come calling about Granville-Britten if he continues to play this way and show that he’s healthy once again as he’s still playing his way back into shape so he can stay on the floor for longer stretches at once.

Granville-Britten was the most dominant big for All Ohio Red 16 U in the game I caught, showing off his size and strength in the paint against a Division I football prospect. One of the bigger players in the 2025 class, Granville-Britten has always been large for his age and his size is an even bigger strength on the grassroots circuit against players his age than during the high school season against older bigs. Granville-Britten was finishing plays that

was creating off the bounce, showing impressive chemistry between the duo. A monster putback slam dunk was one of the highlights of the weekend that I saw and he knocked in a mid-range jumper when he was left alone from 15 feet.

The last prospect featured in this article, Kieran makes the move from Bates Fundamentals 15 U to All Ohio Red for 16 U. A big body in the paint, Britten, similar to Kropp was battling on both ends. I did want to see Britten finish at the rim a little better, he shot 7/18 from 2-point range this weekend. Both Britten and Kropp finished the weekend with two blocks, the only guys on the team with more than one. Britten made a couple nice moves with the ball in the post, either looking to score or find a cutter. Look for Britten to get low to mid major interest as he continues to develop.
