. I caught up with him in 3D Elite’s win over Upward Upstate, and he was impressive as a lead Guard. Knowles started each half on the bench, but those were the only minutes he sat for the entire game. Keyon was extremely effective with his ability to drive the ball and get paint touches. This can be attributed to his elite quickness and nasty handle. Knowles is also creative at the rim and a capable shooter. He put up 14 points, 4 assists, and 2 steals in game one.

is a Freshman playing up with Pasadena Stars’ 16U Group. He was one of the most impressive players on Saturday, doing it all from his lead-guard role. He is very quick with the ball in his hands and turns corners around screens or defenders in a flash. He can finish around the rack or from the outside but is very aware of help defense on drives, racking up several assists on kick-outs in a win over Hjemly.
