Kevin Parker Jr.’s love for the stepback pull-up was evident in his game. He displayed an impressive ability to size up his defender, displaying remarkable pace, poise, alongside a lethal combination of footwork, balance, and timing. Whenever the ball was in Parker Jr.’s hands, he confidently and consistently went to his signature stepback move to create the separation needed for his three-pointers from the top of the key. What sets Kevin Parker apart from others was his masterful use of the stepback which seemed nearly unguardable at times.
