This was my second chance to get a look at Kellen Williams Kellen Williams 6'2" | SG/PG Tipton | 2029 IN this summer, and once again, he was one of the more aggressive players at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp. He is a taller guard at 6’2″ who can play both on and off the ball pretty well. He hit a tough corner three in one of the games I saw and was also one of the better competitors on the defensive end for Team 6.

Williams is a smooth, left-handed guard that had a lot of success throughout the summer while playing. up a year with Refined Indiana Blue 16u. He is a very talented perimeter shooter but has a pop of athleticism and playmaking off of the bounce as well. We look forward to getting an updated evaluation on the Tipton High School rising sophomore at our upcoming Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp.

There were a few players playing up a grade at the Prep Hoops Indiana State Tournament over the weekend and arguably the best player performance I saw out of that group was Kellen Williams Kellen Williams 6'2" | SG/PG Tipton | 2029 IN . Williams is a 2029 prospect that played up a grade with Refined Indiana Blue 16U and showed no signs up struggled playing against an older group. I think I could make a case that he was the smoothest shooter on the wing with a long frame at 6’2. High IQ player that can take over a game with his pure shooting stroke.
