. Kaleb was one of the class’s best shooters last season, averaging 10.1 Points Per Game while shooting 49% from three with nearly 70 makes. Phillips can heat up quickly, as he did on multiple occasions this summer. Phillips has a smooth jump shot that he can get up quickly and confidently with limited air space. Phillips plays his High School ball for Gaffney High School in 5A Region 2 and does a great job of creating space for the rest of his offense by staying shot-ready in the corners, on the wings, and even making some plays off closeouts.

One of the top shooters that we got the chance to see over the weekend, he was highly efficient with the touches he received. He understands proper spacing, can score off the catch or off the dribble and can knock down shots from beyond college three-point land.
