Had not seen Garcia play since last summer around this same time and it was great to watch how his skill has really come along. Impressed with his ability to catch within 5 – 15 feet with poise and confidence. His size and mobility gives him great shot selection opportunities and he was making the most of them through this entire weekend. Jumper looked fundamentally smooth from mid range. Can also consistently finish in pNr situations and on the block. Defensively protects the rim with length. Tallied him for at least 4 blocks in team’s morning game on Saturday. Will project with continued upside.

Collinsville’s Kaleb Garcia Kaleb Garcia 6'9" | PF/SG Collinsville | 2029 IL (#35) consistently demonstrates shows the Southwestern Conference what the next three years have to look forward to. As the season progressed, he received more minutes and was trusted in bigger game situations, and the game on 01/24/2026 was no exception. Garcia scored a season-high eight points, with six of those coming from the corner. listed as a Center, he plays more like a power forward. His versatility allows him to take mid or long-range shots. I look forward to seeing how his ball-handling skills continue to improve.
