Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have been a member of BALC for 2 years. BALC is a leadership team that requires members to volunteer throughout the year. I have also been on high honor roll and honor roll all semesters in junior high and high school.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced many physical challenges due to injuries since I was young. I played both baseball and basketball and have experienced a lot of rehabilitation.. I have also struggled through mental challenges through these times and have tried to persevere through them.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am first interested in a school that has the program that I would like to study. I am interested in physical therapy, so I am looking for a school that has an exercise science or kinesiology 4 year degree.
