A no nonsense type player, Decker plays hard each time he steps on the court and uses his strong frame to bully opponents in the paint. A hard left hand driver who is tough to stop once he gets a head of steam, Decker had some monster games this summer for both Manual and Central Ky Basketball. Another player recently offered by Edward Waters, Decker has had a slower recruitment than many players featured in this article but Eastern Kentucky has been the most active Division I program to recruit Decker thus far.

A mismatch at the high school level, Decker is always going to be produce due to his strength and motor attacking downhill with his left hand. Tough to stop when he gets a head of steam going left, Decker usually either finishes or gets fouled at the rim. I’ll be curious to see how Decker scales up at the college level going against older competition because there’s few high school players who can stop him from getting in the paint and scoring as a faceup 4.

A physical forward, Decker uses his frame and strength to score at will in the paint. Lowering his shoulder and going into contact, if you don’t come prepared for a battle with Decker he will knock you out. Scoring probably close to 20 points on layups alone, Decker can beat you off the dribble, score off cuts or get second chance layups. A productive high school player due to his motor and frame, Decker will need to improve his right hand and/or 3-point shooting to make a smoother transition to the college level. With his competitiveness and physical talents, Decker has the chance to be a very productive college player in the right fit.

A long and athletic wing who is starting to reach his considerable ceiling as he’s really taken off in the past 9 months or so. Justice is averaging 13 points and 8 rebounds per game and has earned multiple scholarship offers in the last year, including one from EKU.
