Kambomba has fit in well with the
Ohio Buckets
as a defensive wing who is slowly expanding his offensive game to do more with the ball in his hands. A versatile prospect, Kambomba can defend a variety of positions and playstyles from opposing threats. Making the move to Brecksville-Broadview Heights, Kambomba is continuing to build his rapport with

, one of the top point guards in the Midwest. Currently holding an offer from Rio Grande, that list should expand before the end of the summer as there’s still a few events you’ll be able to catch Kambomba playing at in front of numerous college coaches.

Lutheran West have been one of the best teams in northeast Ohio this season and the emergence of Kambomba has been a big reason why the Longhorns have taken a big step this season. An impressive athlete, he’s thrown down some highlight reel dunks so far this season. Still figuring out how to make an impact offensively as more than just a play finisher and spot-up shooter, Kambomba seems to improve almost every time I watch him, showing that his stock is rising and he’s learning under the coaching staff at Lutheran West.

. Kambomba is the most impressive pure athlete on the Longhorns, with the athleticism to jump out the gym. Still figuring out how to play but Kambomba is gaining valuable experience contributing at the varsity level that will really help him later on in his development. While Kambomba didn’t make a jumper, his mechanics are solid, and he has the confidence to take open shots so I have confidence those will go in the more I watch him play. Kambomba will debut in our 2024 rankings during our next update as himself and Lutheran West are making a lot of noise early in the season.
