Julio Rivera Julio Rivera 6'0" | CG Centennial | 2027 State NV just cracks the top 50 in my latest 2027 rankings update. He is a talented combo guard that makes an impact on both ends of the court. His top skills on offense are likely his footwork and his touch around the rim. He can play off of two feet when he’s in the paint and hit a floater. Or he can find a teammate for an open look. He also gives great effort on the defensive end, which results in him causing turnovers.
