Rennex is a pure point guard who operates an offense with the best of them, always looking to create for his teammates before looking for his own. He can finish well at the basket, has a knockdown three, and gets to the foul line often, giving him a scoring package that’s hard to game-plan for. Defensively, he’s a pest, always finding himself creating turnovers and making life miserable for opposing ball-handlers.

He is an agile PG who works hard to facilitate the offense with his handles, instincts, and passing ability. He will find his shooters when driving, or drop it off to his forwards if they’re available. Beyond his distributing, Ponce gets after it on the the defensive end. Frustrating opposing guards with his effort and focus.
